Workers Day Facility Nearing Completion

The workers day facility is nearing completion.  The gib has now been fixed, railings installed and the exterior is painted.  Check back to see the final stages!

Cedar Soffits Complete - Now for the Cladding

The exterior cedar soffits are now complete.  Kepka's have started the cedar cladding ... it looks fabulous!  The interior cedar axis ceiling will start next week. 

Progress Onsite Ramps Up

The cedar soffit is starting to be fixed while the exterior cladding continues.  The Level 2 and 3 windows are currently being installed.  Check out the view from the shower!

Workers Day Facilities Closed In

The workers day facilities build is coming along well.  Most of the windows are in and the exterior cladding is currently being installed. 

Windows make an Appearance!

The windows are currently being installed at Hill House.  The kitchen wing wall has been formed.  Now you truly feel a sense of the spaces inside.

Covering In.

The Level 1 and 2 cantilevered roofs are currently being lined and covered. 

The Level 1-2 stairs have been poured and Kepka's are now working on the Level 2-3 stairs.

The windows should be making an appearance any day now.

Cantilevers Complete!

Check out the cantilevers! - Thanks to Strata Group.  The extent of the building is now complete.  The skylights have been installed which allow light into the centre of the house.  Keep an eye out for the next major item -  the windows.

Level 3 Deck Pour Completed

The Level 3 deck was the last major concrete pour other than site works.  The stairs are currently being formed in the voluminous stairwell and fixing of the cedar cladding has begun.
