Level 3 Deck Beam Poured

The Level 3 deck beam has now been poured.  This week is going to be busy with the cedar cladding starting to be fixed, the stairs starting to be formed and the pour for the deck itself on Friday.  Keep an eye out for the concrete pump!

Farmhouse Alterations Almost Complete!

Today we spent the morning up at a very remote farmhouse north of Napier.  The entry and bathroom alterations we have been working on are almost finished! 

Wall Framing Up at the Workers Day Facility

The wall framing is nearing completion at the workers day facilities.  The roof trusses for the large common area will arrive next week.

Northern Deck Poured

It has been a busy few weeks on site.  The northern deck has been poured and the Level 3 roof has been covered in.  The ceiling is being framed up and the cedar cladding has now arrived onsite.  We are now down to the last few concrete pours!

Northern Deck Almost Complete!

The windows are tacked in on part of Level 2 and the northern deck perimeter beams have now been poured.  The next step is pouring the northern deck itself ... the wait is now on for the cedar cladding to arrive.

Western Deck Poured!

The western deck has been poured, and the Level 3 wall framing has started.  Kepka's next major step is forming the northern deck perimeter beams.

Construction of Western Perimeter Beam

The construction of the western deck perimeter beam is almost complete - concrete to be poured next week.  The Level 3 steel is almost all up and the form of the house is now taking shape.
